Soul Blueprint Homework

You can work through the videos at your own pace, you may wish to work through them all and that’s perfectly fine. Start with the one that was initially recommended when you had your Soul Blue Print Reading.

Safety and use notes

  • Do not listen while driving or operating machinery. Use only when you can fully relax and be safe (e.g., lying down, sitting, or before sleep).
  • Please do not distribute or share this audio. It has been specifically tailored to the normalisation/adjustments required for the distortions identified in your Soul Blueprint reading.
  • If you feel unsettled or activated at any point, stop and return to grounding practices (see your Homework Sheet).

21-day integration rule

For this to be effective, consistency matters more than perfection.
Non-negotiable:
  • Listen/watch once daily for 21 consecutive days.
Preferences (not rules):
  • Best time: before sleep.
  • Second-best: morning.
  • If you miss your preferred time, simply do it later that day. Don’t restart. Don’t self-criticise. Just continue the 21-day chain.
After Day 21:
  • Use the track as needed (especially on stress days, after emotional load, or before sleep).

Missed day and resistance point

Most people hit a resistance point around days 7–10. This can sound like: “This isn’t working,” “I keep forgetting,” “This is pointless,” or you may feel unusually distracted or avoidant. That’s normal. It often means the old pattern is trying to reassert itself.
If you miss a day:
  • Don’t make it mean anything.
  • Restart the count at Day 1 the next day and keep going.
  • The goal is 21 consecutive days because continuity is what trains the system.
If the “this isn’t working” voice gets loud (especially days 7–10):
  • Treat it as a sign you’re reaching the threshold where change begins to stabilise.
