From YouTube to TikTok, stories abound: Earth is a prison planet, we’re trapped in reincarnation, entities feed on human energy. They’re dramatic and alluring — but are they true?
These narratives are maps, not laws. Across faiths and philosophies, the same experiences are framed in very different ways — from demons to astral parasites to projections of the unconscious. Each framework can either free us or feed our fear.
Shadow isn’t only metaphysical; it exists in our physical systems too. Power still concentrates upward, echoing ancient hierarchies. Yet the truest form of liberation isn’t about escaping Earth — it’s about embodying love and awareness here.
Beliefs are tools. Ask yourself: does this one expand me into clarity and freedom, or shrink me into helplessness? The middle path invites us to choose stories that serve, not scare. Because freedom doesn’t start in the sky — it starts in the mind.
